365 gratitude day 121

Today I had the chance to think about all my sisters and sister-in-laws who are mothers and think about something that I admire in their parenting. I truly am surrounded by amazing women in my family.

We all parent differently, but you know what? We are all trying our best, and that's all that matters.

365 gratitude day 120

I'm so grateful that I'm a mom. I have been taking this blessing for granted for a long time. Jonathan reminded me how painful this weekend was 5 years ago. Now it's not.

I'm grateful to my Heavenly Father for granting me the desires of my heart, even though he knew I would forget that motherhood is a blessing... as hard as it is... it's still a blessing.

You know what they say, those things that are most valuable, rarely come easily.

365 gratitude day 119

I'm so grateful that we were able to go to the temple today even though we planned it way last minute! I'm grateful for friends who are willing to watch our kids, and I'm grateful that we weren't rushed. It was nice to just walk around the temple grounds, soaking up the Spirit there before entering the temple.

365 gratitude day 118

I'm grateful that Jonathan is working hard to clean up our house to get ready to move. I decided to take on a sewing project (silly me) and its taking me away from cleaning too. So I'm thankful for him.

365 gratitude day 117

I'm grateful that the Spirit helped me hold my tongue when I wanted to lose my temper. I managed to not yell at all, even though I was close several times.

365 gratitude day 115 & 116

115: I'm grateful for opportunities to share life experiences with friends. That's how friendships deepen in my book.

116: I'm grateful for my mom. No matter how bad of a day I'm having she somehow turns my mood around. Always.

365 gratitude day 113, & 114

113: today was my anniversary. I'm so gratefu for Jonathan. He works do hard for our family, and for me. He works hard at work, and then comes home and works hard to help me.
114: I'm grateful for fasting. The last two times I have fasted have been very spiritual experiences. I went in a walk with the kids today and I felt like revelation was just pouring into my mind. I feel like I received answers so clearly. Now I just need to have the motivation to follow through.
